Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Lyvena (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Intelekt platform and related websites (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

When you sign up or authenticate via GitHub, OAuth, or email, we receive your name, email address, and a unique identifier. We do not store passwords for OAuth-based accounts.

Code and repository data

Intelekt accesses your GitHub repositories only when you explicitly authorise an action (e.g., pushing code, opening a pull request). We do not copy, cache, or sell your source code. Repository content is processed transiently to fulfil your request and is not retained beyond the active session unless you choose to save a project within the platform.

Usage and analytics data

We collect limited, non-identifying usage data to improve the Service. This includes page views, feature interactions, session duration, and error events. See Section 5 for the specific tools we use.

Payment information

Billing is handled by our payment partner, Creem, acting as Merchant of Record. We do not directly collect or store credit card numbers. Creem collects payment details necessary to process your subscription and may provide us with your email address and transaction status for account management.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • To authenticate users and authorise access to repositories.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions via Creem.
  • To send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts, important product updates).
  • To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
  • To understand aggregate usage patterns so we can prioritise features and fix bugs.

3. What We Do Not Do

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
  • We do not use your code to train AI models.
  • We do not read the content of your prompts or AI completions for advertising or profiling purposes.
  • We do not track you across unrelated websites.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We share information only as needed to operate the Service:

  • GitHub – for repository access and authentication (only when you authorise it).
  • Creem – as Merchant of Record for payment processing.
  • Cloudflare – for hosting, CDN, and Web Analytics.
  • Analytics and support providers – see Section 5 below.
  • Law enforcement – we may disclose information if required by applicable law, court order, or governmental request.

Analytics data is retained in aggregated, anonymised form indefinitely.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular infrastructure audits via Cloudflare. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
